“Second kitchen” means a kitchen, other than the principal kitchen, located on the same parcel of land, which is not part of an Accessory Dwelling Unit or Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit and which can be separated from the principal residence. Second kitchens must be registered as a second kitchen pursuant to Sections 19.78.010 through 19.78.030.
