“Gasoline service station” means any building and the use thereof for the retail distribution of gasoline or other motor fuels directly to automobiles or boats or planes and the services incidental thereto, including the sale of oils, greases, tires and batteries, and the greasing and washing of automobiles and the sale of minor accessories.
