When a tentative map or vesting tentative map of a minor subdivision has been approved in accordance with this Chapter and Chapter 18.20, a parcel map of the division shall be submitted to the City for approval under the provisions of Chapter 18.26. Twelve copies of the parcel map and one electronic copy conforming to the requirements set forth in Section 18.20.040(B), shall be filed with the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall review the map and shall state in a written report to the City Council whether it is in substantial conformance with the tentative map or vesting tentative map as approved. The procedures for review and approval of a parcel map and for payment of filing fees and costs, as provided in Chapter 18.26, shall prevail.
