The Planning Commission shall determine whether the minor subdivision map is in conformity with the provisions of law and this Chapter as to design, drainage, road improvements and offers of dedication. The Planning Commission shall review the map based upon the standards contained in Section 18.20.130, and following the procedures contained in Sections 18.20.050 and 18.20.070.
