An accurate and complete survey shall be made of any land for which a subdivision application is filed. All surveys shall be based upon a field survey made in conformity with the Land Surveyors Act. (Ord. 89-2 § 2, 1989; Ord. 66 NS § 6.1(a), 1950; prior code § 20-26(a).)
