The purpose and scope of this Chapter is to provide minimum standards to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare by regulating the demolition of buildings or structures pursuant to the Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City and as defined in Section 19.08.136, “Demolition.” (Ord. 2011-4 § 29, 2011; Ord. 86-8 § 2, 1986.)
