The Public Works Director may require modification of previously approved plans to accommodate unanticipated conditions on the site. Modifications to a previously approved plan may also be required, if the plan is found to be inadequate, or work does not proceed as scheduled. The Public Works Director may require the permittee to submit work schedules, contingency plans, or status reports as deemed necessary. The Public Works Director shall notify permittee in writing of the requirements and specify a reasonable time period for compliance. (Ord. 89-1 § 2, 1989.)
