The authority of promulgating administrative procedures and standards is based in the Uniform Building Code, Chapter 70, Excavation and Grading. All activities subject to the City’s subdivision map requirements and/or building permit shall meet the standards set forth in this Section. These provisions are adopted in addition to, and not as a substitute for, current grading regulations. (Ord. 89-1 § 2, 1989.)
