A. Whenever any resolution of this City designates and describes any street or portion thereof as a street the use of which is prohibited by any commercial vehicle, the City Manager or Police Chief shall erect and maintain appropriate signs on these streets affected by such resolution. All streets lying west of San Rafael Avenue on Belvedere Island are restricted to use by vehicles with a maximum height of eleven feet, a maximum width of eight feet, and a maximum length of twenty feet. On Corinthian Island all streets are restricted to use by vehicles with a maximum height of nine feet, maximum width of seven feet, and maximum length of twenty feet. Violation of this Subsection shall be deemed an infraction.

B. Those streets and parts of streets established by resolution of the City Council are declared to be streets the use of which is prohibited by any commercial vehicle. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to passenger buses under the jurisdiction of the public utilities commission.
