Within five days after removal, a notice shall be given to the Department of Motor Vehicles and to the Department of Justice identifying the vehicle or part thereof and any evidence of registration available, including, but not limited to, the registration card, certificates of ownership, or license plates, according to the provisions of Section 22852 of the Vehicle Code. The Department of Justice shall be notified upon the removal of the vehicle according to the provisions of Section 22853 of the Vehicle Code. (Ord. 93-4 § 1, 1993.)
