It is unlawful to drive or park a motor vehicle on any or all lanes or alleys situated and lying within the City limits or which may hereafter be acquired by, or deeded to the City, and they are hereby dedicated to the exclusive use of pedestrians. (Ord. 21 NS § 1, 1938.)
