A. The City Manager is authorized to place signs or markings indicating no parking upon any street unless a minimum of ten feet of paved way is left clear and unobstructed for the free passage of other vehicles.

B. When official signs or markings prohibiting parking are erected upon narrow streets as authorized herein, no person shall park a vehicle upon any such street in violation of any such sign or marking. (Ord. 87-4 § 29, 1987; Ord. 76-3 § 1, 1976; Ord. 155 NS § 10.8, 1967; prior code § 13-51.)
