10.32.020 Through streets and intersections designated by City Council—Stops required.

A. Those streets and parts of streets established by resolution of the City Council are declared to be through streets for the purposes of this Chapter.
B. The provisions of this Chapter shall also apply at one or more entrances to the intersections, as such entrances and intersections are established by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 155 NS § 7.1, 1967; prior code § 13-33.)
