A. It is declared to be unlawful for any person driving or operating a motor vehicle or other vehicle on Beach Road in an easterly direction to make a left-hand turn from said Beach Road onto San Rafael Avenue at the intersection of said Beach Road and said San Rafael Avenue.

B. The City Manager shall cause said street to be appropriately signposted in conformity with law, which signs shall be so erected as to be clearly visible to traffic on said street. (Ord. 87-4 § 20, 1987; Ord. 76-3 § 1, 1976; Ord. 93 NS §§ 4, 6, 1957.)
