The following words and phrases, when used in this Title or any other traffic ordinance of the City, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Section. Whenever any words or phrases used herein are not defined, but are defined in the Vehicle Code of the State and amendments thereto, such definitions shall apply. (Ord. 77-24 § 2, 1977.)
